Owned audience

Turn your team into the channel.

Your founders and staff already carry the trust. We build the system that turns it into an audience you own.

What it is

Creator Economy

Most companies rent their reach. Every quarter they start back at zero, because they never owned the audience, they were renting it from an algorithm. There is another way. The people inside your company carry more trust than any logo ever will, and that trust is sitting unused. We turn your founders and key employees into a real media presence, and we do the production so they do not have to. They bring a point of view and an hour of their week. We handle the strategy, the editing, the packaging and the posting. Over time the people become the distribution, and the audience belongs to you.

What you get
  • An audience you own, not one you rent from a platform month to month
  • Inbound that arrives warm, because the buyer already knows the person on the other end of the reply
  • Recruiting pull. Strong people want to work for founders they have followed for a year
  • A moat a competitor cannot simply buy, because reputation compounds and a budget does not transfer it overnight
How it works

Step by step.

01

Map the voices

Which founders and employees have something worth saying, what they actually know, and where their audience already spends time.

02

Build each person a system

The topics they own, the formats that suit them, and a weekly cadence they can keep without it eating their job.

03

Record in short sessions

A founder talks for an hour, we cut it into weeks of posts, clips and written pieces.

04

Produce and publish everything

Editing, captions, thumbnails, scheduling. The finished work goes out under their name, not a faceless account.

05

Read the numbers and adjust

What earns attention gets more. What does not gets dropped.

Fit

Who this is for.

Built for you

Founders and teams who understand that in their market, the people are the brand. You have at least one person willing to have a point of view on camera and stay with it. You want reach you keep, not reach you switch off the day you stop paying.

Not for you

Anyone unwilling to show up consistently. This only works when the people commit to recording every week and putting their name to the work. If nobody in the building will do that, spend the money on ads instead.

Common questions

Creator Economy, answered.

Does everyone have to be on camera?

Video gets the strongest results, but not every person needs to face a lens. We work with what someone will actually do, whether that is talking to camera, writing, or narrating over their screen. What matters is a genuine point of view and a cadence they hold.

How much time does this take from our team?

For most people it is one recording session of about an hour a week, plus a few minutes to approve what goes out. We do the editing, packaging and posting. The person supplies the thinking and the face. We supply the rest.

Who owns the audience if someone leaves?

The person keeps their own profiles, which is only fair. You keep the system, the content library, the email list and the pipeline it built. Because several voices carry the brand, no single departure walks off with the audience.
